This is the second time that I have used Smart Roof's services. Once again, Troy was punctual, reliable and provided me with options on the roof repairs. Troy completed the repairs in a timely manner. The repairs look so neat and aesthetically very pleasing. The price for the repairs was reasonable. Troy is very professional and takes pride in his work, something I really appreciate. I highly recommend Smart Roof services.

Recently had Troy from Smartroof undertake full gutter and down pipe replacement, as well as some custom section/box work. Can't fault the service or workmanship. Troy was honest the whole way through with lead times and expected availability. Clear communication at all times. I would recommend SmartRoof to others, and use their services again.

Troy replaced a problematic curved flat roof that was having ongoing issues. He installed custom winged gutters so I'm confident we won't have the same issues. Troy is very knowledgeable and is straight forward in his assessments. We went through many different roofers trying to resolve this issue before we found Troy. I would recommend him.

We’ve had a problematic roof for years and Troy was the first tradesman that really thought about the problem holistically and proposed a long term - as opposed to a bandaid - solution. He is creative with his problem solving on old houses, does what he says he will do, communicates clearly, lets you know when things aren’t going to plan and adapts to changing circumstances and in short, has been one of the easiest tradespersons to deal with that I’ve had the privilege to work with. Thanks Troy - I hope we don’t need your services again, but if we do, you’ll be the one I turn to! :)

If you want a roofer who not only listens to what the actual problems are, keeps his word, his timings and works hard to make sure things are done - look no further than smart roofing. I cannot thank Troy more for his efforts in installing a large custom box gutters and internal splash guards to eliminate leaks and overflows in the eaves. Troy is the only guy i spoke to who was willing to look deeper into the problem instead of offer a direct replacement that would have ultimately leak in the same way

Troy fully replaced the roof on an extension that had previously been a nightmare with several botched attempts by others to repair. It has now weathered some strong winds and rains and has remained water tight. Great quality work, on time and good value
