A solartube was the perfect solution to our window problem for our bathroom renovation plans! Bricking up the small and awkwardly positioned window gave us the freedom to install the bigger shower we wanted, and the solartube lets more light in the the old window. Brilliant! A big thank you to Anthony for the great job installing both our new solartubes. He placed them exactly where I wanted them, was friendly, helpful and professional. And the rest of the team from start to finish were excellent to deal with too.

Rain water started to leak through our old skylight. Called Skylight WA and we were presented with three options to replace our old one. Were not pressurised into any decisions and were very satisfied with the end result. They minimised our expense in replacing the unit. Job well done.

Installer arrived on time and spent quite awhile working out where he could install the skylight. The product works so well I keep thinking the light is on. I am very pleased with the final result!

I had a SolarStar roof vent installed on my house. The first one the fan fell off it after only a few months. Replaced under warranty but I was still charged for labor.The replacement unit stopped working after about 3 years.Not going to bother with another one. Now about to spend $500 to have it removed and the hole in my roof repaired.Stay away from this product.

I have bought and installed 2 Velux windows with blinds from Perth daylight. The windows was great but one of the blinds did not perform as expected, it may have been installed wrong or who knows really, since it is impossible to get any after sales service from this company. Don't buy Velux windows, not because it it a bad product. but something may go wrong and you will be stuck with an expensive paper weight.

The sales material is misleading on this product. The flashing you will receive is flat to the roof line. All sales and install images show an angled flashing. The sales video markets the whole function on having a dome parallel to the ground. I sent section elevation drawings showing my requirements: I showed my needing to mount the dome on the south side of a 25 degree roof, my drawings showed me having a 0degree dome. This product is too expensive at $2500 for what you get and worse than that is the feeling of being mislead.
